The growth of Information Technology (IT) has been phenomenal since the middle of the last century. It has affected all aspects of life in one way or another. In launching this journal, we hope to redress the balance between the science of technology and its application — disseminating information on the application of IT and providing a platform for discussing its benefits and impact on society.
