Special Issue on Cloud Computing Emerging Technologies (CCET)

Cloud computing is a new paradigm of efficiently sharing computational resources for large-scale application. In essence, it helps turn computational power into a soft commodity which can be utilized as needed any time anywhere. As a growing field of IT, cloud computing also faces many technological challenges. Researchers and industry practitioners must join forces to tackle these challenges and make cloud computing more robust and available.

In this issue, we publish selected high quality papers from the 2015 International Conference on Cloud Computing Research and Innovations (ICCCRI 2015) to share with IJIT readers some of the latest advances in cloud computing. The goal of this issue is to foster research in emerging cloud computing technologies. We aim to bring together researchers from both academic and industry to share application oriented techniques in this field.
